REMOTE WORK

Remote work – the ability to organise your workload independently

If you prefer remote working, HomeGlobal gives you two options to start such cooperation – you can either complete the entire onboarding process remotely or choose training at the Warsaw office. For the duration of the stationary training, we will provide you with accommodation in a company apartment.

 

Regardless of which option you choose, you will receive the same level of support and knowledge, and you will also get to know your team and your supervisors. Irrespective of where you choose to work, we will provide you with training packages and individual coaching sessions, and you will also receive all the tools you need to work remotely.

We commence our cooperation with initial training. Our training department will tell you more about the company and give you all the necessary details. Throughout the first month, you will get introduced to your job responsibilities; you will learn and monitor your progress.
