In order to ensure the best possible integration of new employees into our organisational culture, our employment processes tend to be divided into several stages. Their number and the course of the recruitment process vary depending on the position applied for; however, there are typically 7 stages.

1.
Applying

You will find positions available with HomeGlobal here. If we are not currently recruiting for the position you are interested in (e.g. we are not currently looking for a consultant who speaks your language), send us a query, and we will try to find a suitable position for you.

2.
Verification

Once we receive your application, we will verify it, and even if we don’t invite you to participate in the next recruitment stage, we will send you a reply. If you agree to take part in other recruitment processes, we will probably contact you in the future with an exciting job offer corresponding to your skills.

3.
Telephone call

If based on your CV we decide that you are the person we are looking for, we will contact you by phone. First, we need to get to know your expectations in relation to the available position. This is also your time to ask questions.

4.
Confirmation of skills

We do not doubt your abilities, but we are professionals and, as such, we must put them to the test. If the position you are applying for requires the knowledge of a foreign language, for example, we will appoint with you for a telephone conversation in that particular language, or we will send you a test verifying your skills by email. If the job entails the use of a specific type of software, this will also be tested.

5.
Job interview

The next step in the recruitment process is an interview conducted in the office or via Skype. The meeting will be attended by a person representing the HR department and a team manager. The interview aims at getting to know the candidate, their motivations and professional aspirations. This is also when you can get to know us better and ask us questions. During the meeting, we will inform you how much time we will need to decide about a particular position.

6.
Decision

As we know that waiting for news about a potential job is not easy, we will try to give you our decision as soon as possible. If our decision is favourable and you like the job offer, you will join our team. We will immediately provide you with all the necessary documents, and if you require accommodation during the month of training, we will arrange all the details.

7.
Commencement of cooperation

Once you have successfully completed the recruitment procedure, you will be included in the onboarding process. This is aimed at helping you know your way around your new workplace. We want you to feel comfortable with us as soon as possible. Throughout this process, you will be looked after by the HR Business Partner, the training department and your manager. What next? If you provide us with personal data regarding, for example, job candidates, this data shall be processed only for the purpose of contacting you, based on your consent (Article 6 (1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR)). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Personal data processed in order to handle an enquiry sent via the contact form shall be stored for the duration of the correspondence justified by the type of the enquiry (however, no longer than for a period of 6 months from the date of ending the correspondence), or until the consent to data processing is withdrawn.
